The air volume measurement test device adopts computer automatic measurement and control mode. The whole process of testing a test product only takes ten minutes. It can measure and plot the corresponding curves of static pressure and air volume, air volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. It can also test the test product in both suction and discharge states. It has the characteristics of convenience, stability, reliability, good reproducibility, etc. It meets the test use in the scientific research and production process of related products.

Test method: This machine has two test methods, fully automatic test and manual test.

Test Principle:

The actual working state of the test product is simulated in the test wind tunnel (the auxiliary fan is used to make the outlet pressure of the test product consistent with the requirement), and then the air pressure difference on both sides of the nozzle in the wind tunnel is measured. The corresponding wind speed at this time is calculated by the standard formula, and finally the air volume is obtained by multiplying it by the nozzle area and the relevant flow coefficient.

Performance and features:

  1. The device adopts a multi-nozzle wind chamber structure. The corresponding nozzle can be selected according to the measured flow rate, so one device can measure a wide range of flow rates.
  2. It can be used for both exhaust and intake tests.
  3. Equipped with an auxiliary fan, it can measure the full range performance curve with zero flow and zero static pressure.
  4. The computer and its peripheral equipment realize automatic testing, calculation and data output, and the test results are displayed and printed graphically. The human-computer dialogue operation is simple, with high precision, saving time and effort.
  5. Test items: P-Q characteristic curve (relationship between flow rate and static pressure), Q-η characteristic 1 curve (relationship between flow rate and total pressure efficiency), exhaust resistance curve corresponding to working air volume and pressure, Q-η characteristic 2 (relationship between flow rate and flow resistance efficiency), Q-η characteristic 3 (relationship between flow rate and energy consumption efficiency), flow resistance test items, and synchronous measurement of the speed, current and power of the object being tested.
