IEC 61591 Air Flow Measuring and Testing Device – BONAD 3000 m³/ Air Flow Test Equipment
This device employs a computer-automated measurement and control system to generate precise relationship curves for static pressure versus air volume, air volume versus speed, current, power, and efficiency. The dual-state testing capability (suction and discharge) ensures convenience, stability, reliability, and excellent reproducibility of results.
Principle
The working principle involves simulating the actual operating conditions of the test machine within a wind tunnel. The auxiliary fan’s outlet pressure is adjusted to match protocol requirements. The pressure difference across the nozzle in the wind tunnel is then measured to calculate the corresponding wind speed using standard formulas. This wind speed is multiplied by the nozzle area and relevant flow coefficients to determine the air volume.
