- The turntable uses a stepping motor, the speed can be set on the touch screen, and can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for power-on testing with samples to prevent winding).
- The test box is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220, 10A). The power on and off time of the sample power can be programmed to control the function: power on 0-999min —- power failure 0-999min (applicable to the sample in the test when the power is on and off) .
- LED waterproof lighting is installed in the test box, and there is a large area observation window on the door to facilitate the observation of the test sample.
- The equipment comes with a water tank for circulating water, no need to build a professional waterproof test room. The water tank has high and low water level alarm monitoring to effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to lack of water.
- The core control components adopt 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, and the electrical components adopt imported brands such as LS and Omron. The wiring process meets the requirements of national standards, the layout of the electrical board is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the marking is clear.
- Touch screen control function: The self-developed IPX waterproof level test operation interface, directly select the waterproof level, and you can automatically perform the test according to the waterproof level conditions in the standard terms.
- The spray gun is driven by a stepping motor, which can swing up and down. With the turntable, almost all the surface of the sample can be sprayed.
