Working principle
The PID intelligent temperature control precision oven operates by heating the air through a heating element. The hot air is then evenly distributed inside the oven using a fan, ensuring that the product receives uniform radiation and consistent heating.

- Ultra-high Temperature Protection: The oven is equipped with a double protection system that includes an overload automatic power-off feature. This ensures safer and more reliable operation while maintaining a low machine shell temperature to minimize impact on indoor ambient temperature.
- Stainless Steel Liner: The interior of the oven is constructed with all stainless steel argon arc welding to prevent dust generation and ensure durability.
- Intelligent Controller: The intelligent controller uses PID automatic calculation, compensation, and calibration combined with S.S.R temperature control for more stable and accurate temperature management.
- Efficient Baking: The oven offers various heating and circulation methods to achieve energy saving, safety, and environmental protection according to product settings. It features forced horizontal circulation air supply for fast heating times and internal hot air circulation for uniform heating.
- Power Saving Performance: The oven can reduce power consumption by 80%~90%. Once the set temperature is reached, the PID intelligent temperature controller automatically enters an energy-saving state by shutting down most of the heating power supply. This effectively controls power loss and enhances energy-saving performance over longer periods of use.
