Alternating Salt Spray Test Chamber – Corrosion Climate Alternation Test Device
Standards:
- ASTM B117
- ISO 9227
- JIS Z 2371
- DIN 50021
Application:
The salt spray test chamber evaluates the corrosion resistance of metal materials and coatings by simulating harsh salt spray environments. Salt spray test chambers are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries to help determine the durability and stability of products.
BONAD salt spray test chambers can perform neutral salt spray (NSS) tests, acetic acid salt spray (AASS) tests, and copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray (CASS) tests, and the test results have excellent reproducibility and repeatability.
Features:
- Salt spray corrosion test: can generate a uniform salt spray environment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials.
- Temperature and humidity control: built-in temperature and humidity control system, can simulate different environmental conditions and perform alternating changes.
- Alternating cycle mode: different test cycles can be set, such as salt spray, drying, wetting, etc., to simulate various environmental changes that may be encountered in actual use.
- Automatic control: equipped with advanced control system, users can easily set experimental parameters and monitor the experimental process in real time.
- Data recording and analysis: can record various data during the test process and generate detailed reports for subsequent analysis and comparison.
