- Movement Pattern: For hand-held food mixers, the kneaders should move in a figure-of-eight pattern at a rate of 10 to 15 movements per minute.
- Contact Points: The kneaders must touch the bowl walls at opposite points and be in contact with the bottom of the bowl.
- Bowl Specifications: If no specific bowl is provided, use one with a height of approximately 130mm, an upper inner diameter of approximately 170mm, tapering to approximately 150mm at the bottom, with a smooth inner surface and seamless wall-to-bottom transition.
