Automatic Connectors Plug Insertion and Extraction Force Test Machine
Principle
The fully automatic computer-controlled insertion and extraction force tester operates by controlling the test speed and using a fixture to secure the connector sample. It measures the force exerted during the insertion and extraction process through a sensor, which then transmits the data to a controller for processing and display. This process generates a characteristic curve of the connector’s insertion and extraction forces, enabling an assessment of its performance.
Features
- Customizable Test Conditions: Test conditions can be easily set and stored using a computer. Users can input data directly or select from drop-down menus.
- Data Management: Charts such as insertion displacement curves, load attenuation life curves, and inspection reports can be printed and saved.
- Dual Protection: The device features both overload protection and software protection to ensure safe operation.
- Automatic Limits: Users can set upper and lower limits for tests; the machine will automatically stop if these limits are exceeded.
- Versatile Load Units: The load unit displays can be switched between N, lb, gf, and KGF.
- Multiple Load Cells: The machine supports several load cells simultaneously (2Kgf/5Kgf/20Kgf/50Kgf/100Kg/200Kg).
- High-Rigidity Structure: Designed with a high-rigidity structure and servo motor to ensure long-term accuracy, suitable for general wire compression tests and plug-in force life tests.
