The battery washing test machine simulates the operation of the battery in the washing machine and performs multiple washing cycles on the battery. The equipment uses advanced control systems and sensors to accurately control parameters such as washing temperature, humidity and washing time.
Functional features of battery washing test machine:
- Applicable to GB31241 battery test standard, for washing test of batteries or battery packs.
- It can automatically soak, wash and dehydrate, completely simulating the working conditions of batteries in washing machines.
- Simulate the configuration of alkaline soaking liquid, the water pump automatically adds and pumps water, and can automatically heat to the specified temperature.
- The rotating washing and dehydration speeds are adjustable, driven by a motor, and the turntable can be raised and lowered.
- PLC control, local and remote switching operations can be performed.
