IEC62133 Battery Temperature Control Type Short Circuit Tester – Lithium-ion Battery Equipment
BONAD battery temperature control type short circuit tester is designed based on various battery short circuit test standard requirements. The fully charged battery is placed in an environment of 55℃±5℃. After the battery surface temperature reaches 55℃±5℃, it is placed for 30 minutes, and then the positive and negative ends of the battery are connected with wires, and the total external resistance is guaranteed to be 80±20mΩ. The battery surface temperature change is monitored during the test.
According to the standard requirements, the short circuit device must meet the internal resistance range of 80±20mΩ, so as to obtain the maximum short circuit current required by the test. In addition, the circuit design of the short circuit device must also be able to withstand the impact of large currents. Grey selected industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactors and all-copper terminals and internal copper plates for current conduction. The wide and thick copper plates effectively improve the heat dissipation effect, making the large current short circuit device safer, effectively reducing the loss of test equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of test data.

Battery temperature control type short circuit tester features:
- The outer box is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate and is painted, which is not only rust-proof but also beautiful.
- The inner box is made of 3.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate. Even if the battery explodes during the short-circuit test, the box will not deform.
- The tester is equipped with an observation window made of double-layer tempered glass, and a lighting lamp is installed inside the equipment, so that the test sample can be observed in real time.
- There are smoke exhaust ports and explosion-proof pressure relief ports inside the equipment.
- The battery short-circuit test is controlled by PLC and equipped with a touch screen.
- An explosion-proof chain is installed on the side of the box door to ensure the safety of personnel.
- The test data can be automatically recorded and stored, and the test data can be generated and exported.
- It has multiple protection mechanisms, including grounding protection, overcurrent protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, etc.
- Casters are installed at the bottom of the equipment for easy movement and fixing.
