Main working principle:
- Intelligent monitoring and protection: The explosion-proof box is integrated with a high-precision battery management system (BMS), which can monitor the battery’s voltage, current, temperature and other key parameters in real time. Once the battery is found to be overcharged or over-discharged, the BMS will immediately activate the protection mechanism, cut off the charging or discharging circuit, and prevent the situation from further deteriorating.
- Physical isolation and heat dissipation: The explosion-proof box is made of special materials, with excellent heat insulation and fireproof properties, which can effectively isolate the heat and harmful gases generated by the battery in abnormal conditions. At the same time, the internal design has an efficient heat dissipation system to ensure that the heat can be quickly dissipated even in high temperature environments, keeping the internal temperature of the box within a safe range.
- Safety warning and alarm: In addition to automatic protection, the explosion-proof box is also equipped with a safety warning and alarm system. When the battery status is detected to be abnormal, it will not only automatically cut off the circuit, but also send an alarm to the management personnel through sound and light alarms, SMS notifications, etc., so that timely countermeasures can be taken.
Features:
- Place bakelite or Teflon tape inside the test box, which is effectively insulated and flame retardant, and easy to clean.
- Two circular wire ports are opened at the rear of each layer of the box to facilitate the passage of test connection wires.
- There is a separate test panel to control the lighting and exhaust in each test room; there is a smoke detection alarm, and the exhaust fan in the box automatically turns on to exhaust smoke when there is fireworks.
- There is a heat insulation design between each layer to avoid mutual influence on the test.
