Application

This tester is ideal for conducting “load-stroke” curve tests on a wide range of items such as metal shrapnel, buttons, switches, computer keyboards, and mobile phone buttons. Additionally, it can perform downward pressure rebound force tests simultaneously.

1. Direct Display of Measurements: Peak Force, Return Force, Distance, and Click rate are displayed directly on the graph without the need for manual calculations.
2. Graph Memory: The measurement curve graph is stored by the computer and can be enlarged or reduced at any time. Multiple curves can be displayed on an A4 paper.
3. Automatic Judgment: Upper and lower limit specification values can be entered for measurement items, allowing automatic judgment of results as OK or NO.
4. Automated Control: Maximum measuring stroke and load can be inputted with automatic control by the computer.
5. Unit Flexibility: Load unit display options include N, Ib, gf, kgf, which can be switched freely.
6. Printing and Storage: The computer directly prints and stores load-stroke curve charts and inspection reports on A4 paper.
7. Data Storage: Test data is stored on the hard disk with unlimited storage capacity.
8. Customizable Test Conditions: All test conditions are set via the computer screen (including test stroke, speed, number of times, air pressure, pause time).
9. Modifiable Report Header: The content of the inspection report header can be modified at any time in both Chinese and English.
10. Automatic Report Generation: Inspection reports are automatically generated without further input.
