Temperature Humidity Vibration Three Comprehensive Test Chamber – BONAD Environmental Test Chamber
Working Principle:
- Air indoor space heating and cooling, the test chamber has built-in air room, circulating air duct, heating device, refrigeration device circulating fan, and air guide plate and diffuser installed on the top;
- The box lifting and moving device is installed at the bottom of the machine, and the vibration test machine is installed at the bottom of the test chamber. According to the test requirements, high and low temperature tests can be performed separately, or vibration tests can be performed separately. The high and low temperature part and the vibration test part are completely independent;
- The temperature controller sends instructions according to the set temperature and the temperature sensor transmission signal in the test chamber. The output of the heater and the operation of the refrigeration unit are controlled through the calculus time and SSR control module. The circulating air is evenly blown out from the top through the test space and then recovered from the bottom to form a closed-loop control method, thereby achieving the purpose of long-term stable operation.
