Application:
Cordless electric kettles, cordless irons, cordless blenders—the contacts should be constructed so that any electrical or mechanical failure during normal use will not cause danger, and should be verified by insertion test.

Function:
Short-circuit the two contacts of the cordless kettle, cordless iron, and cordless blender, apply 1.1 times the rated voltage to the cordless kettle/iron/blender, and perform a durability test of inserting and removing the test body from the base at a speed of 10 times/min. Then perform a certain number of no-load voltage plug-in durability tests. The test device can be connected to an external load or a built-in load (optional), and the number of tests can be preset (maximum 999999 times). During the test, the test system can automatically record the number of tests and the number of conduction times. When the preset number of tests is completed, the test device automatically stops the test.
