Working principle of dustproof test chamber:

The dust test chamber uses a built-in dust generator to generate a dust environment of a certain concentration, and uses a fan system to evenly distribute the dust in the test chamber. The test sample is placed in this environment and tested according to the preset time, temperature, humidity and other conditions. The test chamber uses a fan to push a certain concentration of sand and dust across the surface of the test sample at a certain flow rate to evaluate the test sample’s ability to resist dust penetration under the action of dry sand or dusty atmosphere, its ability to resist abrasion or blockage by gravel, and its ability to be stored and operated.

Dustproof test chamber features:

1. The dustproof test box is made of stainless steel, which is not only anti-corrosion and anti-rust, but also beautiful.
2. There is a transparent observation window (tempered glass material) on the box door, and an LED lighting is installed in the box to facilitate observation of the internal test situation.
3. A dust removal device is installed at the bottom of the equipment, which can easily replace 100% of the used dust.
4. Dustproof test box control system: 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, using full Chinese display, which can display year, month, day, time, working time, etc. The blower, dust vibration, and total test time can be controlled separately; the controller has various optional setting control functions as described below.
5. Heating system: A heater is installed in the circulating air duct to heat the dust to avoid dust condensation. The tube-wrapped mica heating coil is safe and stable; the hoop-type mica heating coil.
6. Vacuum system: equipped with a vacuum pump, vacuum pressure gauge, air filter, flow meter, pressure regulating triplet, and connecting pipe.
7. The dustproof test box is equipped with 4 casters with positioning function, which can be easily moved.
