IEC61032 31 Grinding Test Probe – High Quality Milling Grinding Probe
Principle of milling and grinding probe:
The design of the 31 test probe is based on the IEC 61032 standard, which specifies the method for verifying the degree of protection of electrical equipment. The shape and size of the probe are precisely designed to simulate the contact ability of a human finger or tool under specific conditions. By using this probe, the accessibility of the internal hazardous parts of the equipment under normal use and fault conditions can be evaluated.
Test probe 31 Standard:
Test probe 31 complies with the requirements of IEC 61032-1997 and GB/T 16842-2008 (Figure 14).
Test probe 31 is mainly used in the following areas:
- Residual food processing equipment: Mainly used to test the accessibility of dangerous mechanical parts in the grinding system of these equipment to ensure the safety of operators.
- Other electrical equipment: Although mainly used in residual food processing equipment, probes with similar principles can also be used in other electrical equipment that need to evaluate the protection level.
