Learn More About the Differences Between Different Packaging Drop Testers

Single arm drop test machine

The single-arm drop tester is designed to simulate the damage caused by the falling of various industrial packages during handling or transportation, so as to evaluate the internal damage of the industry and come up with the best solution to minimize the loss during transportation. This tester can test the diamonds, corners and surfaces of the packaging container.

Double arm drop test machine

The double-arm drop tester is mainly used to assess the impact degree of the packaged goods during the actual transportation and loading and unloading process, and to evaluate the impact resistance of the packaged goods during the handling process and the rationality of the packaging design.

Packaging Double Arm Drop Tester

The double-arm drop tester can perform free drop tests on the faces, corners and edges of packaging. It is equipped with a digital height display and uses a decoder for height tracking, so that it can accurately give the industrial drop height, and the error with the preset drop height does not exceed 2% or 10mm. This machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electric control drop and electric lifting devices, which is easy to use; the unique hydraulic buffer device greatly improves the service life, stability and safety of the machine.

Zero drop test machine

Zero drop test machine is mainly used to assess the impact degree of the packaged product during the actual transportation and loading and unloading process, and to assess the impact resistance of the packaged product during the handling process and the rationality of the packaging design. Zero drop test machine is mainly used for drop test of larger packages.

Simulated Packaging Zero Distance Drop Test Machine-1

The drop test machine uses an “E”-shaped fork that can move downward quickly as a test piece bracket. The test goods are placed and balanced according to the test requirements (face, edge, and angle test). During the test, the pallet moves downward at high speed and separates from the test piece. Before the test packaged goods fall to the bottom plate, the “E”-shaped fork has been embedded in the bottom plate under the action of the shock absorber. Theoretically, the zero drop test machine can perform drop tests from zero height to the maximum drop height range. The drop height is digitally set according to the test requirements, and the drop test is automatically performed at the set height.
