Battery Horizontal Extrusion Puncture Test Machine adopts full closed-loop control technology, which can simultaneously control and collect variables such as pressure, displacement, and speed. The power source is a servo electric cylinder, which converts rotary motion into linear motion by driving the electric cylinder. The pressure is detected by the front-end pressure sensor and enters motion control. In addition, there is a voltage collector to monitor the battery voltage. The structural strength of the equipment is analyzed by finite element software to ensure high strength requirements.
Main features of the testing machine:
- The test software has a voltage acquisition function. According to the test requirements of single batteries, the battery voltage change during the test will be automatically acquired until the battery shell breaks or the battery is short-circuited (the internal voltage of the battery becomes 0V). When the voltage is zero, the equipment automatically stops the test;
- According to the test requirements of power batteries, the test system can first squeeze to 30% of the battery module size (i.e. deformation), or set a certain pressure value (such as the extrusion force is 20kN). When the extrusion test reaches the set force value and the set pressure holding time is reached, the equipment stops the test;
- The test specimen can be tested according to any of the three conditions of pressure, deformation and voltage;
- The test of any combination of the three test modes can be realized as the control variable, that is, three or two test conditions are set at the same time. If any one of the conditions is met, the equipment stops the test;
- The test system can display the speed during the test, and the test speed required for the test can also be set in the computer software;
- The computer operating system is processed in the windows dialog box, and the table mode can be planned by itself, and the test data can be recorded throughout the process, providing storage, comparison and tracking;
- The dedicated test control motherboard can record force, displacement, and voltage at the same time. The control motherboard will send instructions to the computer in real time. The control interface records and monitors the extrusion force, temperature, voltage, speed, and deformation in real time, which is convenient for generating reports or directly exporting data. The control motherboard is easy to operate;
- During the test, the test function can be controlled by collecting voltage signals. The voltage will change during the battery test. A specified voltage value is input and set in the test system. The system outputs a signal. When the set voltage value is reached, the extrusion test stops.
